Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is always the top priority of Trackloca. We strive to provide customers with a pleasant experience with our software and services. If you have any questions or are dissatisfied with any aspect of the software or service, please feel free to contact our support team (email: [email protected]). We would love to know how we can improve and provide you with a satisfactory solution.

How to submit a refund request

If you would like to cancel your order, please submit a refund request form (email: [email protected]) containing the following information:

  • Product name;
  • Your order ID/reference number/transaction ID;
  • The email address you used for purchase;
  • The reason you want a refund.

We will process refund requests within 24 hours on business days in accordance with the terms described below.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer trial versions so that you can test the software yourself before deciding to buy. These trials allow you to experience full functionality through limited trials or set restrictions only on the last step (for example, for the recovery tool, you can see what can be recovered before the last step), so that you can decide whether the software is what you need before placing an order.

Trackloca offers a 7-day money back guarantee. Since this is a "try before you buy" system, we cannot cancel the order after this period. Refunds will be made under this guarantee only in the following cases:

Acceptable cases

  • Mistakenly, accidentally or unintentionally purchased the optional Extended Download Service (EDS) or Registration Backup Service (RBS) in addition to the product purchase. We will help you contact the payment platform to refund the cost of EDS or RBS.
  • If the purchased software has a terminal technical problem and no solution is provided within 7 days. In this case, Trackloca will refund the product price if you are not willing to wait for an update.
  • You purchased the same product twice or purchased two products with similar functions, Trackloca will refund the purchase price of one of the products or exchange one for you.
  • If you did not receive the order information within 24 hours after purchase and did not receive a timely response (within 48 hours) from the Trackloca support team after contacting the support center (email: [email protected]). In this case, Trackloca may cancel the order and provide a refund upon your request.
  • You were not aware that this was an auto-renewal order and did not receive an auto-renewal notification in your email inbox before the auto-renewal occurred. You should contact us within 7 days of the auto-renewal and we will provide a refund.
  • You were charged twice or more for the same product due to a technical glitch in the payment platform or other technical reasons. In this case, Trackloca will only charge you once for the same product and refund the additional fees.

Once we refund, the corresponding license will be deactivated and you will need to uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Situations where no refund will be given

  • Refund requests due to product price differences between different regions and sellers.
  • Refund requests due to purchases of similar products from other suppliers.
  • Refund requests for intentional repeated purchases of similar products.
  • Refund requests in violation of our sales activity requirements.
  • Refund requests due to your mistake and the problem is not related to the product. For example, you purchased the wrong program, downloaded the wrong version, you don't have enough free disk storage space on your computer; you changed your mind after the purchase, etc.
  • Chargeback requests due to credit card fraud or unauthorized payments. Trackloca works with third-party payment processing services, so we cannot monitor authorization during payments. Please contact your card issuer to resolve this issue. Trackloca is here to help you whenever we can.
  • Chargeback requests due to misunderstanding or lack of understanding of the product's features and capabilities, as you did not read the product description carefully before purchasing.
  • If you refuse without good reason to work with the Trackloca support team to resolve the issue and apply the solutions provided.
